This Ethiopian Coffee is sources from family-owned farms around the Shoye Cooperative, one of the 46 cooperatives that are a part of the Sidama Coffee Farmer's Cooperative Union, Ehtiopia's second largest coffee producing cooperatives. It is a distinctive coffee produced from indigenous heirloom cultivars. This coffee is grown at 1800 meters, is Fully Washed and is Fair Trade Organic.
What we taste: Medium body, tea-like, floral, with a berry finish.
