Our Roaster's Reserve is a rotating single origin coffee based on what coffee is available, always focusing on sustainability and quality. We will prioritize sourcing the season's best beans!

Grown on the volcanic island of Bali in the Kintamani Highlands at 1,300 meters above sea level, this organically grown, naturally processed lot features Bourbon and Typica varieties known for their vibrant character. We crafted this coffee to a balanced medium roast in order to let its fruit-forward profile shine. Expect a cup that is bright, expressive, and full of character.

What We Taste: Medium body with lively notes of strawberry jam, plum, grape and caramel.
