Peru is one of the world’s top producers of organic and Fair Trade coffee, with over 200,000 coffee farmers growing coffee on small, family-owned plots, often processing beans by hand and using cooperative systems to export their coffee. Peruvian coffee is often known for its bright acidity, medium body, and smooth finish making it a versatile and approachable coffee.
